Sacramento Heart offers 401k and profit sharing plans that offer employees a way to plan for retirement and contribute to their long term financial goals. The profit sharing plan is available to fulltime employees with a year of service.
In addition, we recognize employees through service awards, employee of the month and perfect attendance awards. We strive to hire qualified people with a good work ethic who will become a positive addition to our team.
Employees earn 2 weeks of vacation initially; on their 4th anniversary they begin accruing 3 weeks of vacation and on their 9th anniversary begin accruing 4 weeks of vacation. Employees also receive 9 holidays a year.
