Kyle J. Michaelis, MD, FACC

Kyle J. Michaelis, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist and internal medicine physician. He works with patients at Sacramento Heart & Vascular Medical Associates, with two locations in Sacramento and additional locations in Davis and Jackson, California.

Dr. Michaelis earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, and the University of San Deigo in La Jolla, California. He then obtained his Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, a health science university of the United States federal government, in Bethesda, Maryland. 

After graduating, Dr. Michaelis completed an internal medicine internship and residency at David Grant Medical in Fairfield, California. He also completed a cardiology fellowship at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center in Bexar County, Texas. 

Dr. Michaelis is a member of the Society of Air Force Physicians and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He holds several certifications, including a certificate in nuclear cardiology. 

Dr. Michaelis looks forward to treating new and existing patients at Sacramento Heart & Vascular Medical Associates.
