Coronary Artery Disease (CDA) Myocardial Perfusion Study using Flurpiridaz 18 in Patients with suspected or known CAD. Inclusion: Have an order documented in chart for Invasive Coronary Angiography or have undergone an ICA without intervention. Exclusion: Arterial Hypertension,Acute Unstable cardiovascular status, History of CABG.

Phase 3B Study to Evaluate the Cardiovascular Safety of Febuxostat and Allopurinol in Subjects with Gout and Cardiovascular Comorbidities. Inclusion – Male ≥50 / Female ≥55. Cardiovascular risk factor and history of gout.
Eli Lilly Rheumatoid Arthritis study
A Phase 3 Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of LY212799 in Patients with Moderate to Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) who had an Inadequate Response to Methotrexate Therapy. Inclusion Criteria: Age ≥ 18 years. Adult-onset RA for at least 6 months. On a stable dose of Methotrexate (10-25 mg/week).

Gilead Angina
Ranolazine in Subjects with Chronic Stable Angina and CAD /w a hx of Type II DM, 3 mth hx of stable angina triggered by physical effort and relieved by rest or SL NTG, CAD documented by either angiographic evidence of >50% in a major coronary artery, or MI or cardiac imaging study or ETT dx for CAD, on either one or two anti-anginals (CCB,BB or LAN), doc hx of T2DM, and able to use a e-Diary.
Bridge NIH Duke study
Bridging tx with dalteparin or placebo in patients who require temporary interruption of warfarin tx for an elective invasive procedure or surgery. Pts. Must have chronic Afib and at least one major stroke risk factor, age >75, htn, dm, CHF/LVD, previous ischemic stroke, systemic embolism or TIA (no mechanical prosthetic heart valve).
PGX Health Myocardial Perfusion Imaging ASPECT
Having Chest pain and are in need of a MPI: APADENOSON VS ADENOSINE. Inclusion - Must have ³90% pretest probability of CAD based on age and gender & chest pain symptoms (OR) known CAD of MI, PCI, CABG or dx angiogram /w ³ 50% stenosis in at least one vessel /w chest pain within 1 month Exclusion - Acute MI, new onset of ischemia or PCI within 30 day prior to scan or CABG within 90 days.
Pfizer Arthritis Persion
To assess the effect of Celecoxib when compared to traditional NSAID’s on cardiovascular events. Inclusion - Been diagnosis with OA or RA for at least 6 months. Subjects must have established CVD or at high risk for it.
